K recommended a new app Vivino to me the other day. If you are like me, who is not really good at choosing wine and has a short memory, download it. Imagine going to a restaurant. Your friends order some wine which you have no idea what it is but do like the taste. A few weeks later you are at the store and you would like to buy the same wine but you don't remember what it was so you end up with some pretty average bottle that you thought was the same or you just end up buying the same one you always do. With Vivino, now you can just take a photo of the wine label. Vivino then identifies the label and store it in your favourites! How easy is that! C calls it the Shazam for wine. You can also create a list of wine to avoid. Works both ways. Available on both iOS and Android.
