I bought a bar of chocolate from Soho called the Edamame Crunch. I thought it was really delicious. The edamame is dry roasted while chocolate is 55% dark. So simply put, it tastes bitter sweet with little jewels of salt crystals waiting to be found.

But I realise that there are many salty sweet food combinations that I like. For example, peanut butter with raspberry jam on my bread; dipping McDonald fries into their soft ice cream, salted caramel, parma ham with melon etc etc.

So I did a bit of research online, wondering what other sweet and salty combinations are there and I found out that there are many people alike. There is a whole world of blogs, online forums and even recipes dedicated to this. So I just took note some of the notable ones. Some combinations sounds so disgusting I don't know if I will ever try them.
