Inspiration to cook
Were there ever moments when you are searching for an idea and when someone else has presented it to you, you wonder why didn't I think of that? Well this is exactly one of those moments.
There is a new concept store near my place. It is called Bilder & De Clerq (it's located at the junction of Bilderdijkstraat and De Clerqstraat). It's a little grocery store where they give you inspiration of what to cook by presenting you with a few recipes. You can then shop for the ingredients in the amount required to cook that meal for let's say 2 people. Isn't that clever?
When I thought Albert Heijn was great for selling broccoli already chopped into portions for 2, this is even better. Anyway check it out if you are lost for what to cook this weekend.
